Tokyo-based Nakazawa Foods will launch the ‘Adult Milk’ line of products in October targetting ‘adults who live in a stressful society,’ the company said in a statement.”
There’s no need to spend big on fancy milk for stress relief. All milk contains Tryptophan, which is an essential amino acid involved in human nutrition, and is known to have a calming and relaxing effect. So just go drink a nice, soothing glass of milk, and it will help you to unwind.
