Meditation is the perfect way to get stress relief. It’s often been described as the space between your thoughts.

It takes some practice in meditation before you realize that yes, indeed, there is a gap between your thoughts.

Once you get to that stage, meditation really begins, and you can go to that meditative space at any time to relieve stress.

Mantra meditation to relieve stress

Chanting a mantra silently to yourself is an easy meditation that anyone can do.

Sit quietly, relax, and repeat a single word or phrase to yourself. You could use: Peace, Relax, Let Go…

Or choose a Sanskrit mantra, like the Ganesha mantra: Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha.
